Flower One’s Debut at the 2018 MJBiz Conference

On November 14th, Flower One successfully made its debut at the MJBiz Conference, the largest cannabis conference of its kind in the world. During the three days of the conference, we conducted 25 greenhouse facility tours, 25 NLV Organics tours, and introduced ourselves to over 27,000 attendees.

After launching and kicking off the conversion of our 455,000 square foot cannabis facility earlier this year, listing on the CSE (FONE) and OTCQB (FLOOF), acquiring North Las Vegas Organics (NLVO) and its fifty unique strains of cannabis, adding ‘MJBizCon exhibitor’ to our list of successes was an exciting opportunity. For Flower One, exhibiting at MJBizCon gave us the opportunity to introduce attendees, exhibitors, and speakers alike to Flower One in our home town, giving them unprecedented access to our brands (including NLVO, who bring with them an additional 25,000 square foot indoor grow facility and an established consumer brand), our greenhouse and packaging facility, our team, and our focus on sustainable cannabis at scale.

To say this is an interesting time for our industry, is an understatement, and nowhere was that more obvious than on the 600,000 square foot exhibitor floor of MJBizCon. This year’s MJBizCon featured over 150 speakers, more than 65 sessions and over 1,000 exhibitors ranging from investors, to cultivators and packagers, to the odd celebrity-turned cannabis producer. What’s more, MJBizCon highlighted that the cannabis industry is not only gaining momentum, but is filled with incredibly talented professionals who are exceptionally focused on innovating the industry, expanding their companies and breaking stereotypes.

To have the opportunity to be a part of this growth and these conversations is truly exceptional, and not one we take for granted as the Flower One team focuses in on becoming Nevada’s largest cannabis cultivator, producer and processor. We look forward to seeing what MJBizCon 2019 has in store for us all.

Hope to see you there,

Ken Villazor
President and CEO of Flower One.
